Ira

Ira is a physical theatre piece that explores the strange nature of our emotions as we move between the personal and inherent need to express and explore emotion, whilst a contemporary society encourages the suppression of, and inhibits, any emotional expressions. Is there a right or wrong ‘structure’? Or do we need to find some middle ground. Ira gets physical in interrogating this answer. What happens when you get really angry?
